Visual Artists have an easy way to capture and work on ideas, their sketchbook. I've never found something like that that easily works for audio. $2 later, and I have an infinite canvas that I can add audio to and add notes. I can either drag in sample, or record directly from my loopback audio interface. I also added the ability to link to local files, so If the sample is from Ableton, I can open that project directly from the sample or just open the folder that contains the project.
What I should do is combine Song Dissector with Audio Sketchbook, so Audio Sketchbook
is the index that launches the song into Song Dissector.... <future me, figure this out>
